Payment terms are as follows: Installation materials upfront, after work completed, please pay the outstanding balance within 15 days of invoice issued unless otherwise stated above. Late payments and processing fee of 350GBP and 18.99% automatically apply for balances overdue by 31 calendar days.
All installed materials come with a standard 12 months manufacturer's warranty and 12 month workmanship guarantee on newly installed items unless otherwise stated.
Where the invoice contains materials, all materials belong to me until payments are made in full.
Under no circumstances, I will take responsibility for previously installed work by other person, or willing to entertain customer requested changes against my advice, and will not be held responsible.
Any late payments will automatically invalidate anything offered as a goodwill gesture and charged accordingly.
